Relics of a time gone by, this rusty old gate no longer protects the abbey in Roscommon Ireland. But it's beauty is enhanced with the colors bestowed by time, wind and weather.

This image is a collaborative effort by Charlie and Norma Brock, who work together as a team in their arts and crafts shop, Texas Eagle Gallery. They make their in home in Northeast Texas, but love to travel and enjoy the world around them. Charlie is best known for his works in photography. His most loved prints feature Irish themes, from landscapes to portraits, as they obviously reflect his passion for all things Eire. He has photographed many well-known Irish musicians and performers who proudly display his work on their websites and promotions.
