I probably will NOT purchase from this site again. The quality of the puzzle was just okay, for example there were many pieces where the backing was delaminating. (See 2 photos) Additionally, the size was advertised as 20" x 28". The finished puzzle size was actually 19-5/8" x 26-1/8". I feel that skimping on the size resulted in the face of the bottom kitty being half obscured when framed. This is the most I've ever paid for a puzzle that I expected to be perfect. (I could only select 1 photo. Please email me if you want photos of puzzle pieces delaminating.)

I love the puzzle as I live in Shingletown. It was very difficult! But the letters that say "Gateway To Lassen" are CUT OFF it only shows part of the quotes. 🤦♀️ So disappointing! ☹ *See attached image.
This lovely lady is Contralto, and she rises over the beautiful esplanade with her handsome counterpart, Tenor. At the State Fair of Texas, this shapely statue towers once again over the waters of the esplanade - what a beautiful site! They were originally created for the Centennial Exposition by Lawrence Tenney Stevens in 1936. The nudes were made of aluminum and probably melted down during World War II to help with war efforts.
David Newton recently re-created the statues as part of bringing back some of the missing history of Fair Park. Their installation was complete in late 2009.
